YOGA FOR ANXIETY

A gentle Vinyasa Practice to help us focus on Mindfulness, Body Scans, releasing tension we carry in our bodies, and learning new techniques for calming our anxiety that can be implemented throughout the day. A gentle class for beginners and experienced Yogis alike. Practice led by Carrie Wamsley, MA Resident in Counseling and YogaFit Certified Yoga Instructor.
