Reagan Snead, Joining February 2025

I graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Management Consulting and Analysis before pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University. While working on my master’s degree, I served as a campus minister at Virginia Tech and then as a counseling intern at Liberty University’s Counseling and Psychological Services.

I have a passion for loving people, helping them heal, and assisting them in discovering the freedom and joy available in this life. I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they wrestle with various concerns, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, identity development, and trauma. In doing so, I pull from various evidence-based models, including internal family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, but I listen first to each client’s unique desires and needs. My overarching goal is for my clients to feel safe to explore their stories, heal, and grow at their own pace. For those that are interested, I also enjoy incorporating faith and creative interventions into our sessions.

Outside of counseling, I love reading fantasy novels, watching anything Star Wars, and taking advantage of all the walking trails around Lynchburg. On weekends, you can often find me playing board games with family and friends, traveling to new cities, attending concerts and musicals, or exploring local bookstores.
